Every single nurse and doctor I came across treated me so well. The level of support I received from here was so high that it left me emotional. I came in scared and within minutes all my fears had gone. Every step of the way was beyond exceptional. Nurse I just wish I could remember all the names of the people that I have encountered today. I am very grateful.

Everyone was very kind and professional. Offered me support and answers to my questions. You do an amazing thing, providing women with choices.
It would better if when you first arrive you are advised what the timings and the process was.

I think a more personalised approach to initial phone consultation would be helpful to avoid delays and inconvenience due to side issues like blood pressure. However on my third attempt surgeon and team were extremely helpful, supportive and professional.

[name removed] was the registered nurse I mostly dealt with pre-op and she was wonderfully attentive and supportive. The whole team were great, all the nurses introduced themselves during my waiting time and were very kind.

I had my treatment at Ealing . The nurses was really helpful and understanding, especially nurse [name removed] she was very kind to me , I cried after my treatment but after talking to her I felt much better . She is a star to me . She looked after me properly.
